Good aspects- 1. Staff are very kind and pay attention to our welfare. 2. The place is always kept clean and tidy. 3. The staff are helpful and always carry and smile on their face. Improvement- 1. The bathroom lacks facilities to hang towels and clothes. 2. The food is not always up to standard.

Staffs are very attentive and caring. Communication can be improved for example, I was confused about my levels and leave.

Good- attention paid to patients - very helpful. Food - ok - need sandwiches, salad/more healthy Evening medications TOO slow at night.

I have found staff and patients alike to be supportive, caring and understanding. One issue I have found disturbing although I have not been affected directly is the procedure on visitors, I believe this is very lax and needs improving not only for patients but staff's safety also.
